The TrustedForm Script executes on page load.
When the First Name field receives focus, the optin div is made visible.
Even though the jquery finction that makes the optin div appear properly modifies the div's HTML attribute in the DOM, the optin div does not show up in the Snapshot because the TrustedForm script runs before the optin DIV is set visible.
