Send Feedback using a Batch File

Upload file must be a comma-separated text file with NO headers.
The first column must contain the LeadConduit Event ID.
The second colum (optional) may contain the feedback type ("return" or "conversion"). "return" is the default.
The third column (optional) may contain the reason accompanying the feedback.
